A Self Healing Technique
ITA Movement is a self healing technique that is adapted from the ITA (Integrated Therapeutic Alignment) techniques performed on clients during an ITA session.
Through ITA Movement you will learn to direct chi in a sequenced pattern utilizing the breath and gentle coordinated movements.
This powerful self healing technique allows you to bring alignment and balance to your physical and energetic systems and brings you into harmony with the world around you.
ITA Movement is performed in a standing or sitting position and looks similar to tai-chi or qigong. This similarity is because we are working with the same principals as these ancient practices, we are just working with them in a unique ITA sequence.
ITA movement is also a form of moving meditation. Once the sequence is memorized it can be practiced through visualization if preferred or if movement is not possible.

ITA Movement only requires a small area if practiced independently and the benefits are amplified when practiced outdoors or in a group.
